Thanksgiving

1 Chronicles 16:34 KJV

O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever.

We are back to that time of year when the family gets together for those huge dinners and we get to see the family we haven't seen since the last holiday. And for some this is one of the most exciting times of the year. During this time we need to also give thanks to the Lord. He has been to good to us for us to forget to thank him.

This one saying has continued to stay in my mind. “ if God took away everything you didn't thank him for, what would you have left?”

Just some food for thought.
