Jesus is the better way

Matthew 11:28-30 KJV

Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. [29] Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. [30] For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Jesus is giving the best advice that can be given. It is such a simple statement, But yet so profound. The burden and labor that this life puts on us or sometimes we put on ourselves, is too heavy. It weighs us down to where we can barely move. We almost feel like we are in quicksand and the harder we struggle the deeper we go. It's too much to bear for us. But we stubbornly try to carry that heavy load. But Jesus offers a great solution. To come unto him and find that peace that nothing in this world can offer. It takes Jesus to find that peace and rest. In a world full of craziness I would rather take his yoke than this world.
