He is RISEN

Matthew 28:5-6 KJV

And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. [6] He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.

As we come upon a time that we acknowledge as one of the greatest days, Resurrection Sunday. If this event had never happened, we would always be in the grip of death. Jesus rose and did so many thing in this time. He conquered death. Taking away the fear that we had. He rose for our justification. Allowing us as Christians to let go of death's grip on our lives. When he saved us and set us free. He freed us from that death grip we was in. Romans 6:23 KJV

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. He gave us life. We no longer are fearing death because we know that life is ours through the blood of Christ. If Jesus had not risen, our faith, our salvation would have all been in vain. But Praise the Lord he didn't stay dead but he is alive. Hebrews 2:9 KJV

But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.

Praise the Lord he is sitting on the right hand of the Father, making intercession for us.

Remember he is alive and will never die again. And we can have this hope if we believe and accept him. Jesus the author and finisher of our faith. Happy Resurrection Sunday.
