God’s Guidance

Psalm 32:8-9 KJV

I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye. [9] Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee.

We know that we should listen to God's instruction. But we always seem to think we know the better way to go. We look with the natural eye and see things in the path that seem to hard for us. I think of Abraham and Lot, they had decided to go separate ways, and Lot seen the easier ground to work with water and food. So he chose to go that direction. But Abraham seen in front of him rough ground. Things that to our eye looked like a harder life. But as we all know God was with Abraham and blessed him. But Lot found him self in trouble. The place Lot went may have looked better with the natural eye. But it was full of trouble.

We need to let God direct our lives.

Proverbs 3:5-7 KJV

Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. [6] In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. [7] Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil.

We will find that its always easier in God's way. But we just have submit to it and listen. He will be out guide but we have to listen
